Thinfilm launches level 1 ADR program to Trade on OTCQX International stock exchange

The establishment of an ADR facility and inclusion on OTCQX provide the company's US investor base with a more direct means of trading and accessing information

Thin Film Electronics (Thinfilm) has announced that the Company has commenced trading on OTCQX International. Effective from 24 March 2015.

Thinfilm’s American Depository Receipts (ADRs) are available for trading in the United States on OTCQX under the symbol "TFECY".

Each ADR represents 10 ordinary shares listed on the Oslo Børs under the symbol "THIN".

Thinfilm is among a group of global issuers enabling their shares to also trade and settle in the United States. Cowen, as part of its Principal American Liaison (PAL) sponsorship, has been retained to provide a range of capital markets services as well as fulfill ongoing PAL compliance for Thinfilm’s listing on OTCQX International.
