Since the split of Plastic Logic into Plastic Logic Germany and FlexEnable there has been no significant announcement of who would be running these two independent companies. However, in a recent news article in Business Weekly two new CEOs were announced.

Indro Mukerjee is reported to have said the launch of FlexEnable and the separation of Plastic Logic Germany to new ownership in February marked an important staging post in a journey of transformation of Plastic Logic.

CEO - FlexEnable

A US technology ‘veteran’ has taken the CEO role at FlexEnable, the Cambridge UK flexible electronics pioneer.

Chuck Milligan - a US technology "veteran" has taken the CEO role at FlexEnable. Chuck has built and grown businesses in a long and distinguished career and FlexEnable chairman Indro Mukerjee believes he is a perfect fit for the Plastic Logic spin-out.

Chuck's induction at FlexEnable is the next and vital part of Mukerjee’s strategic transition of the business. Chuck - an Amercian - has been living in Europe for 20 years, speaks German and French and will be living and based in Cambridge UK.

He has extensive international leadership experience which includes growing technology IP companies, building volume supply chains and partnering with investors for value creation.

CEO - Plastic Logic Germany

Tim Burne has taken on the position of CEO of Plastic Logic Germany in February and, having worked with the board and Mukerjee on the smart restructuring of the Dresden factory, has now created a new Plastic Logic leadership team to build a company which develops, manufactures and sells a range of flexible, electrophoretic displays.

Indro Mukerjee has assumed the role of executive chairman of FlexEnable Ltd and will move to non-executive chairman later this year.
